Maya was only willing to grab the candy cane from him.

Then they gave out cookies & chocolate milk.
Kalia has been asking about chocolate milk and she finally got to try some.
Guess what- she likes it! Maya was calling it "coffee".

They let the kids sit on Santa's lap after the 1st story
and then did cookies. So most of the kids ended up running around
outside on the putting green. Kalia went back in to listen.

After Erik got home from work tonight, we decided to start
the Christmas weekend with an after dark Christmas light tour
of the neighborhood. We walked up the hill to see if the house
with the reindeer was lit up- but it wasn't. Instead we went
to the big grassy hill, Erik caught a frog, we played hide
and go seek and rolled down the hill over and over. It was a lot
of fun. Then tonight we let Kalia stay up a little late and she
helped me wrap Maya's present that she picked out (an Ariel doll)
and she got to eat a cookie and watch Frosty the Snowman.
